Bringing Country Spirit to Life at the 2025 CCMAs in Kelowna

This year, the Canadian Country Music Association Awards (CCMAs) took centre stage in Kelowna, BC. Our team was proud to lead the program design of the 2025 CCMA Country Crawl.

Over the course of Country Music Week, we transformed downtown Kelowna into a hub for live music featuring 11 shows across 9 venues, with 38 musical acts from 54 local and national artists. From concept to delivery, our team ensured every stage, venue, and activation reflected the energy, authenticity, and community spirit of Canadian country music live for over 1,500 fans.

Our partnership with the CCMAs runs deep. Having produced major activations for Country Music Week in Calgary (2022) and Edmonton (2024), we were thrilled to fly west for our first on-site activation in British Columbia. This milestone project brought together local venues, passionate volunteers, and dedicated industry professionals to deliver an unforgettable experience.

More than just a music series, Country Music Week is a testament to the power of community and creative collaboration. Uniting community, art, and production is our specialty and we can’t wait to work with the CCMA’s again!
